The hotel was luxury, the room was brand-new and I greatly enjoyed cooperative staff. I was offered a room with breathtaking views of the sea. I found the venue's location beautiful and fantastic, very close to main attractions, clear sea and bamboo/garden. I ate in the indoor restaurant nearby. I was there for 3 nights and would return there.

This place is special and perfect for celebrating birthday, would recommend. The breakfast is savoury and bountiful served with fruit and waffles and French toast. All in all they offer very good service.

Couple seeking luxury and relaxation
Riah and Arun, their warmth and genuine smiles were something else. The villa was fine, private pool had us feeling like royalty, just pure bliss.
It wasn't exactly cheap but worth every penny.

The villa was beautiful, private and comfortable
We had a major misunderstanding with payment of the room. We specifically said to not use a particular credit card for payment and the receptionist didn't follow directions which costed us fees for transfer of currency. Then when we complained about it they failed to accept responsibility for the mistake.

Beautiful beachfront location with private pool.
Despite raising my concerns to the management, nothing was done to address the issue. It was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a peaceful escape, but instead felt quite disturbed throughout my stay.

We loved the villas and private pool. Arriving by boat was great- like being on an island- but you could also walk. Location is fantastic- close to shopping and other hotels. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
Maintenance is not good, and service is typical of 5* in the uae, also not good.

Location, Sea view, Private pool, Staff friendliness, Romantic room. They provide a free shuttle to their amazing sister property Al Wadi which is located in the desert and you can go there for dinner and a change of scenery.
Toilet area is too close to the bed for comfort and privacy and there was a smell from the shower room. Beach sand is corse and full of shells. I felt that the rate paid of around $490/night was too expensive overall especially as one can get a better experience in Thailand for less.
